I'm optimistic it will be high quality, they have a track record where each project appears to be higher quality than the last. I think the lack of rendering is more due to the 'As-of-Right" development agreement. No lengthy approvals process where renderings are required. Typically many buildings change in aesthetics from first proposal to final as-built state. By nature of that process, intermediate renderings are usually updated. I remember St. Lawrence places had 2 versions before the one that was built. The structure remained consistent, just the exterior changed.
I would hope that with the added certainty of As-of-Right, the developer can budget more money for design and finishes that would usually be allocated for approval uncertainty.
I think the teaser approach has built more anticipation for me. The most recent photos show the structure has taken a step in for the higher floors.
