Our waterfront is going to look like a paradise in a few years compared to this. I can only imagine how polluted the inner harbour used to be. On some of our older structures you can still see the black soot from years of coal burning in our city.

The source claims this was taken in 1911. But the tower in the background wasn't built until 1916.
