I think the project is still a go, his input was more ceremonial, (though I'm not sure of the status and certainly not opening in 3 months).

But yea, the neighborhood association guy is a joke. Every time he speaks to the press he is full of contradictions.

This got rejected for a second time by the historic commission. They're stuck on the scale like always, so probably nothing will please them here
