All of the bridges over the Schuylkill should be lit like the Market St and train bridge going into 30th. Chestnut, Walnut, South, 76 and Spring Garden should have matching lights.

Or the overpass at 23rd and JFK. Love that bright lighting, yet question why it's only there and by the BFB

all that beautiful stonework should be lit.
Even train trestles look great at night.

This will be an elegant trio of towers along the river when this wraps up.

I just walked by on Saturday and the base supports have already been poured and set. I believe they are starting towards work on the first floor. If you look from the SRT this lot is really oddly shaped and close to the rail tracks.

Probably most suited for loading dock access. Can’t recall whether we’ve seen detailed diagrams that would give us some idea of whether that will be the case.

Nailed it - it appears that the 23rd St. side will indeed be parking/loading/back-of-house access. Not ideal for pedestrians.

Is that a bridge over the tracks and trail with an overhang over the river? Cool, if true.

It seems to me that putting the loading dock on 23rd street is the only sensible location. Where else would it go?

It's unfortunate that a project named "Riverwalk" is wholly disconnected from the actual riverwalk. Did the proposal ever include a connection?

I was really hoping for a pedestrian connection from 23rd to JFK. Perhaps with an escalator and a 2 story lobby.
