That first design is like an overgrown version of a billionaire's row tower. Almost ridiculously thick-looking.

I like both of them, but the cross bracing one is definitely better.

Both are nice, and WAY better than the Foster Hudson Yards. Too bad they did not use the first one for Hudson Yards...
