My impression was also that this is Maitland Street and they're embellishing the "lane" here a bit. It also seems to suggest that the building will be L-shaped and take up the entirety of the parking along Maitland.

It's pretty impressive to look at the Google Maps 3D view around here that dates to 2017 or so and count all of the parking lots that are now gone. Also noticed the old Menz Bar that was something else for a while is Indulge now. Is the old Company House spot empty? The architect office there is now one of the not so great looking parts of the street.
