Awesome work on the diagrams!

By the way, what is going on at the Long Center? The grassy area is closed off and they have some strange equipment on site. Hard to tell what exactly they are doing but possibly digging down?

The Conrad is missing. I contacted the sales team last week and they informed me that the project was still a go and that an update would be coming in the near future. Near future could mean next week or within the next 6 months so who knows.

Pretty impressive. Only missing the Statesman/Riverside cluster. Otherwise very thorough!

Town Place Suites Hotel planned for 502 East 8th Street. It’s only 4-stories-the site is suffocated by the CVC.

That’s a disappointment that it will only be 4 stories tall, but at least they are taking over another empty lot and providing some infill. And with a moderately priced hotel chain at that.

Considering the location and the CVC restriction, I'm actually surprised we got this.

Anyone know what may be going on at 5th and Rio at the American Bank of Commerce building? I'm very much hoping for it to be redeveloped but it seems to be at least partially limited by CVC zoning.

Kind of looks like they are installing cell tower equipment. It might even be temporary for SXSW.
