*Gasp!* Are you then saying that 80% of homeless folks in Vancouver are actually Vancouverites? Gasp! I suppose the myth that most are from outside the city or out-of-province is nothing but a lie. Thanks for sharing the fact that homelessness and addiction are both home-grown problems stemming from our very own broken system.
