Of course it would be wise to just keep it in the ground and bore until Alma. But is it likely? I don't know

Like I mentioned, even boring under Broadway has caused enough disruption that I would think that the government would likely take a second look at C&Cing if they can't keep the TBM under Broadway all the way to Alma or UBC. If I remember correctly, the boring machine isn't owned by the COV, it's "rented", right?
