I am baffled by a co-op still having empty units. I thought they were the holy grail of housing, and there were people lining up to get in? I honestly can't believe too much vacancy is an issue with that type of housing in a city like Vancouver! What do you attribute it to? I always thought social organizations like family services and others would promote co-ops all over the place, I'm shocked to hear there's lack of demand
