Proposed Development

The proposed concept consists of an 11-storey building containing 289 residential units fronting Brant Street, and 24, 3-storey back-to-back townhouse units fronting Edinburgh Drive. Two levels of underground parking with 368 parking spaces are proposed. Access is proposed from Maplewood Drive.
