The new talk about new building will block Taipei 101 firework.

Suddenly, NanShan Life Insurance said it is not final proposal, and they are still working with architecture. So why you lodge in Environmental Impact assessment?

Since Taipei City Government disapprove proposal in late 2021, the project is under redesign process.

I see that the designer wants to get fancy, but Round shaped building will be very hard to do an office layout, especially hard to do corner offices for the managers. And if one day Nan Shan wants to lease out space to other companies, it will be very hard to lease them out because of this flaw. Shanghai Tower has the same round shaped floors, and it still has not leased out most of the floors. Why not just do square shaped floors, the floor space will be much better utilized.
