But Innsert is right - it’s a property standards notice telling the land owner to remove the hate graffiti from the north side of the property.
They removed all the graffiti and messages from the property shortly after that notice went up. A few days after that, however, graffiti of the same nature went back up and when I last passed by it was still up.

And a couple of months later... plenty of graffiti. Such a shame this project, really would have transformed the area. Wonder what's happening with this project..not much info online.
