No. The crane is still up at this time. And with York's crane now up, downtown has 3 cranes in the sky

I expect Tricar will try to move this crane up to the Sunningdale site within the next month. They are already forming the L1 level walls for the first 10s building now using a mobile crane.

The top 4 floors still haven't had the windows installed. Not sure why the delay unless there is some issue with supplier.

They are prepping the NW corner for the remaining podium base work now. The tower crane could be moved to Sunningdale Rd soon.

A photo from this evening showing the current state of Riverwalk.

Can't wait to see how it looks at night. Would be nice if they did something similar to Azure, but I don't think the renderings show that.

Progress is being made on the NW corner of the podium base with both concrete forming and precast slabs being installed. They are working around the tower crane base for the time being but will eventually need to remove it and use a mobile crane to finish. Still no progress on the glass for the top 4 floors. Odd that they appear to have stalled here. Must be issue with supply or some technical problem to explain why they haven't finished installing the windows and balcony doors yet.

Mobile crane and crews making good progress on the NW corner of the podium. Nearing completion but I suspect they will halt work now with essential service order.

This would still qualify for construction since it's a residential project with above-grade permits.

Large flatbed trailer load of construction forming braces and forms taken off site and delivered to the new project on Sunningdale Rd. The concrete crew has now moved to Sunningdale site.

Should be getting close to removing the construction elevator on west side and closing in the balconies used by it. Will be able to finish the units the construction elevator ran along then.
