680 Waterloo St - Siskinds building now Drewlo

With Siskinds move to City Center tower what does the future hold for this building now owned by Drewlo?

I wouldn't be surprised if Drewlo moves their head office there. Right now, they operate it in a small house just outside of London. Now that Mr. Drewlo has passed and his son has taken over, I think this is one of the steps they want to take, as Mr. Drewlo never wanted to move it.
