Article on the $25 million penthouse.

https://www.bizjournals.com/philadel...sFCDfE8qaeRenQ

"The 9,000-square-foot condo will have five balconies, 14-foot ceilings and six bathrooms and be can be customized for the discerning buyer who decides it’s a must have." The article otherwise notes that Two Liberty, the Ritz-Carlton, and One Riverside sold a number of the larger units at over $10 million, and that Arthaus and 2100 Hamilton will be aiming to do the same.

The four cassons on the east side now have a pad on top. Is this a platform for the tower crane?

Have not seen any big announcement like Eva claimed there would be on the retail tenant, but Equinox now referenced on on the Laurel's website.

https://www.thelaurelrittenhouse.com...ndos-for-sale/

"The $300 million ultra-luxury tower was designed by world-renowned Solomon Cordwell Buenz and features everything from an automated parking garage to a rooftop resort pool deck. Work out with a personal trainer at the state-of-the-art Equinox fitness facilities before slipping into an ensemble picked out by a personal shopper and taking a chauffeured limousine for a night on the town."

Boom, off goes the dynamite! You called it JS. I looked on Equinox's website and its other locations and it's not in every large major city. So to be selected for this location is befitting for Philly as its status rises along side other well-known major cities.

That was one of the most informative videos I’ve ever seen. Subbed to the Laurel IG because of it.

Sounds better to me. But it's still The Laurel Rittenhouse Square on its website and instagram.
