Continuing the Rainey Street news... I know that there was some thought that the last house might be subsumed into a larger development, but I'd say that's unlikely now...
Neighboring properties would have to be developed along with it for anything big to happen. But this is great news, and this will most likely be a new Rainey St. bar.
