Wow, that is a lot of glass replacements! I feel bad for that contractor, they have to be hurting on this one after all the performance mockup failures and schedule delays and now having that many reglazes. Ouch!

It needs one more section on the other side of the highest one, and then re-orienting toward Trump Tower.

The building is beautiful just the way it is. Besides every building resembles something whether it be a phallic symbol or whatever. Can't beat #1 if you are going to resemble anything.

I know you're in the industry, but this image is a little deceiving. You have to remember just how much surface area this thing has... it's an absolute unit.

Even a quick count shows only about 1% of the panels needing replacement... doesn't seem that bad, I don't know what kind of margin they budgeted for but surely there is some money set aside for replacement?

^I would expect they budgeted something for replacement, but that is a lot of units. Take a look at some of the other jobs under construction right now. Wolf Point East, Union West, Gr333n, NEMA, you are lucky to find one or two units needing replacement. Since I'm not seeing this building up close too often, that photo really made it jump out at me. Even a lot of the other photos I've seen here don't show it as clearly as Harry's shot.

I saw that too awhile ago, and I thought... Luxury condo ads... on YouTube? That's really odd, how many people watching DIY chipmunk trapping videos would go "hey, I've always wanted to spend a million bucks to live in a high-rise".

Google ads are targeting you based on your interest - you have visited a site (this one) about Vista - so they figure you are have a better than average chance of wanting to buy.

It's not the chipmunk video they are working off of, it is your browsing history.
