Yes, that's correct.
There's a special project office created by the Province to oversee the construction.
The Province will contract with the successful proponent and once completed, the line will be turned over to TransLink
(that's for an extension of a TransLink operated line)
The Canada Line is physically separate and operated by a private contractor.
