How is it different? Looked through the plans and saw nothing but condos.

Yes, it's curious. It's not one of the floors where the crane was attached so...

The real genius of this building is that every facade has a different look, yet it makes a totally cohesive whole. Quite brilliant really.

The cladding is actually much better than I imagined, it reflects colours very subtlety making for a stunning visual at twilight, or times where the sun hits it just right.

This is one building to be proud of having in our City.

Beautiful shot! And it looks like they've filled in most of the windows on the floor fifth from the top.

Take notice of Burrard Place excavation. One of the excavators is ready for egress (or sitting there for backup to the one completing the trenching work) I hope they remove it or them on the weekend so i can be there to witness (video).

London Drugs and Fresh St. Market to anchor Vancouver House retail district
http://dailyhive.com/vancouver/london-drugs-fresh-st-market-vancouver-house-beach-district

Makes sense I guess, as the HY Louie group's higher end grocery store (vs IGA)

Ugh we tried so hard to get Fresh St in a few other locations but I mean there is best if any. They wanted a premier 1st location in the City. Expect the LD brand and Fresh St to be nicer than before, even better in design than the Olympic Village location. The buildings are going to look just as nice too.
