30 or so people?? By 30 or so people, you mean Chadillac Bigtime, Stephen Avenue and yourself?

At first I didn't like the SRC format, but now like it, could be because I'm used to it. Don't know, but site format aside, I like it because that where's all the information and discussion is. They even have architects and developers who post on the forum, and members are posting new info pretty much daily.
I still lurk here, but mostly to see what's happening on the airport and the roads thread. The airport thread is starting to get tired, is dominated by talk of how bad the new terminal is, and once the ring road is done I probably won't check out the roads thread after that.

Look, I'm only one guy and one opinion, but you have to wonder about the importance of scrolling and formats etc.. A good number of those 30 or so people who have left to SRC are posting photos and updates and offering relevant information there. Lots of people with news and updates and interesting info, and not one of them could be bothered to post it here.

I was taking a guess at 30, but since you asked... These are the peeps formerly from SSP who post at SRC but no longer post here, and I know there others I’ve forgotten. There are a handful of others who post at both sites and some others who are from SSP, but I don’t know which SSP member they are. My thoughts about SRC are only my opinion, but to my original point, and in response to Itom’s question - judging by that list, I would say smooth scrolling isn’t an issue.

I've refrained from commenting on the whole SSP versus SRC until now. I am a member of both but am active here and not on SRC - I like SSP because there's just a larger variety of opinions and ideas. SRC is just too narrowly focused for my likes, SRC is like a gated/fenced community in the burbs while SSP is sort of Inglewood/Ramsey like.

To that end, I've never blocked anyone on this forum or any other forum I have been a member of - I kind of figure it's my responsibility to control how I react and even though there might be some members who irk a lot of other people, these same members do contribute some very real and interesting posts/comments as well. To me, blocking someone is akin to a four year old covering their ears at the playground so they can't hear someone else.

Does SSP have the construction/project updates it used to have, hell no but I still like the broad range of discussions that happen here, to me SRC is like a high end dentists's office downtown - just too sterile and full of alike minded individuals, not that that's not a bad thing but it's just not my thing.

That is a great pic but the mansion pics are the best. Can't wait to see if the second guy is going to try and outdo the first.

Won't be a gray boring house for long once the colored coat of stucco goes on.

Hah, it'll probably be gray colored stucco as that's all the rage these days.

You got it big guy!

Funny enough I decided to come on today to share this from SRC, as it likely wouldn't have been seen for a while here.

This mansion is almost done, and it's no match for the big behemoth going up down the street from it.
