Time to rename this thread to 'How many photographers can take the same pic from the same angle?' lol.

Think it not fair to pin any of this on O-tacular. He's simply posted a single reasonable quality photo from that angle. "Others" have provided 99% of them - sometimes multiple in the same post or series of posts, and of vastly lower quality at that.

Should you choose to continue with Crescent, there is also a 20 and 30 level course. In the second course of the series, you'll even get a chance to help out with the yearbook!

Didn't he say before that he's graduating this year?

Considering Otacular was one of the people whining about Darmon’s pics being from the same angle all the time, it’s surprising that he would do the very thing he was whining about

I complained that he literally takes the same shot every day at super low resolution and posts multiple versions of the photo all at the same time. I posted one higher quality picture zoomed in on Telus Sky from Rotary Park, which none of Daemon’s shots are ever taken from. It’s the north side of DT, not the exact same angle.

Thanks for reminding me why I stopped visiting this thread. Any pictures I take in the future I will only bother sharing on the other site.

The photo might not have been the exact same angle and it might have been at a higher resolution but for the most part it’s the same as the photos that we get from Damon, which is fine I have no issue with it, but I too find it surprising that after all the complaining you’ve done about Damon’s pics that you would take the same picture. Why not take a picture of a different project?

I'm still not understanding why everyone is dumping on O-tacular for his (good) photo, when Daemon posts dozens of (bad quality) photos from a slightly different angle virtually every couple days.

Daemon posted a crappy photo of the same building after O-tacular also, yet SteveP directs his comment, "Why not take a picture of a different project?" to O-tacular and not Daemon.

Are SteveP, Daemon and jc_yyc_ca the same person? Just doesn't make sense otherwise!

I haven't been on here in a while and didn't know he had already taken pictures of Telus Sky recently. I guess I should have just assumed that by sheer volume of pictures from Crescent Heights he would have inadvertently taken some of Telus Sky.

Here's a different angle I took from about a month and half ago:

Not dumping on Otacular, only puzzled why he would take basically the same pic as Damon (Octacs pic is from the same angle and not much better quality) after all the complaining he’s done about him.

I’m not saying Daemon’s pics are great, I’m only wondering why you’d imitate the person you’re always complaining about.
