Fallowfield isn't in much of a better location. The two stations are on opposite corners of Barrhaven. There's existing bus infrastructure around Fallowfield, but it wouldn't be much of a stretch to modify bus routes in the area to also feed into wherever MOOSE's station would be.
The other two places you mention aren't nearly as bad as Barrhaven's case.
