I don't think anyone is saying that all of the current employees are going to pick up from the burbs and move into Midtown. However, additional jobs coming to Midtown will absolutely lead to more residential growth in and near Midtown (ITB).
Either way, this whole move is to target an employee population that
wants to work in Midtown, as opposed to out in the burbs. I mean, that is the whole purpose of the move. If I were a betting man, I'd say those targeted employees aren't by and large living in the burbs.
