nothing really big in there from what I can tell.. One thing I did notice is that the Bradford Bypass and 404 extension to Beaverton are back in the "planning for the future" section. The 401 widening through Milton has finally moved up to the planned expansions as well, despite being listed as funded for several years while still being placed in the "planning for the future" section.
