I've been up there many times.
Let's see...
The Rainbow Grill was a restaurant on the 65th floor, they knew me by name (because I was a big tipper).
The "SFA Cafe" on the 8th floor of Saks Fifth Avenue offered great views and I always asked for a table by the window that overlooked the rooftop garden and swimming pool at Rockefeller Plaza across the street.
Now, I admit that it's been several years since I've been to the WTC site because I found the area depressing (plus the subway was frequently being serviced).
