It seems that the size of 75k is too small for the new Holts concept, they are in the range of 120k +. I also doubt we will ever see a Holts back in Ottawa with Nordstrom being here even though Nordstrom is a step below Holts, not sure if the market can handle two stores but I’m not a retail expert.
Kevin, based on your short time at Nordstrom, do you think Ottawa can handle another high end retailer?
