And yes, if SPC were to build a new head office, that likely wouldn't be any more expensive than refurbishment of the old one. That's the rationale I've always had for the airport terminal building.

I have always said that they should move to a building with bigger floor plates and the existing building should be converted to a hotel and/or condo. Lease and require the new landlord to buy the old building, although this model failed in SGI's case.
