I think it is a possibil.ity to develop a light-rail system in Regina in the next few decades, after all as jigglysquishy pointed, many cities of similar size to Regina have a tram or a light-rail system. And before people point out that Saskatoon will likely get a light-rail system first; I think they are going the BRT route like Winnipeg.
