Seems like Sandy City is making a big pass in a new building boom for the city these days.
There are several new developments taking place up and down state street or near by between south towne mall and the expo center.
1.
inContact campus development: A group of 5-story building/s going in near the workers comp. building just off state street.

????? development: not sure what this one is, but there's some kind of smaller development just south of the incontact development on a small lot right on state street just north of the trailer park. What is this? Retail? Small office? Looks like it has underground parking.

Millrock/east village twin office buildings : This was the one I learned about yesterday that shows a rendering of two 8-story buildings with ground level parking with street retail in front. I like this one. Says to begin in 2015, anytime. Corner of State and 10000 South.

The Prestige 25-story apartments: Pipe dream? Since it's now March and that February ground breaking never took place. Will this one even happen?
