But if driving, everybody is going to have to access this from a left turn off Pacific? No access from Expo Blvd? There must be some access to underground parking from Expo, or that whole thing will start as a circus.
Not to mention Pacific will need some kind of widening to accommodate people turning in/out of the casino, assuming it one day becomes the "super road" to replace the viaducts.
Also you can see the median still there from the Cambie Bridge offramp, indicating you can't access it directly from the bridge. I imagine that will need to change too.
