The crane pictured above is not a
tower crane. It is a mobile crane that usually has a folding jib and either a telescopic or folding tower. The counterweight/ballast is located at the bottom of the crane. Different type of crane than what the original topic was about.
As for Capital Pointe, even if construction does commence this year I would highly doubt that there would be a crane until next year.
There will be six
tower cranes in Regina by this Fall.
