well, first of all, this is the streetview car:
the only other thing that will get that view is an 18 wheeler.
second, the building is only 30 stories tall; i know that's office stories, but it appears like it's not going to be as tall as some of the nearby glass buildings. i really don't think it would have been an issue, especially at that distance. i believe someone had some other motive for canning that design.
