March is a particularly crazy month for me because my birthday falls during it. It's also the first month of the year in Boston where the sun gains back its warmth and yellowness. Gotta love it.

And on the 27th we had a terrible fire in the Back Bay that claimed the lives of two firemen. This is the responding fire station the following day:

Thanks for the post, kz, and Happy Birthday! Pictures are great as always, very architectural-streetscape experiential view, but enhanced by foreshortening, which you don't get with the naked eye--such as that view down South Huntington Ave with the car tracks and a streetcar in the distance.
