I'm sure that you're right on this. I forgot about that.
The Elmwood/TCH interchange is destined to get busier and busier over the next couple of decades, what with the new commercial development in the area, further expansion at the Caledonia Industrial Park, and the new Moncton High School and all the residential sprawl that that will engender.
