The site plan application would allow the construction of 2 buildings with total 354 dwelling units in
two phases divided by underground storm water line easement. Phase one (Building A) is a 6-storey
building containing 208 units; Phase two (Building B) is 6-12 storey building with 146 units.


Old Proposal (2014)

Mark Motors has acquired the properties at 1125, 1129, 1133, 1137, and 1145 Cyrville Road for a proposed automobile dealership to be called the Audi Terminal. The properties collectively have an area of 0.836 ha, and have 116.5 m of frontage on Cyrville Road. The Audi Terminal would be located in the centre of the frontage on Cyrville Road. An additional Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) building would be located towards the east end of the frontage. The majority of the vehicle inventory storage is in the interior of the building in a below grade parking garage (84 spaces) with 27 spaces at grade located behind the building.
