but probably not for too long, unless the market goes south (no pun intended); the lot next door was sold to a developer not so long ago (DCR Phoenix, IIRC).

Still curious though why they didn't replicate the other towers for an east view. A friend of mine lives in tower one, it was a nice view from that angle. But at least it isn't a blank wall.

Because that wall will be covered up when Phoenix builds on the lot next door

Ok, now I understand their thinking. I hope then that Phoenix builds very very close! The next question is how long until Phoenix builds will we enjoy the concrete slab?

With the condo market slow down, and the multiple big construction projects that will create traffic jams and thus lower the desirability of the area, such as the Rideau Street renewal, the Rideau Centre expansion and the Confederation Line, I would anticipate a launch, or at least a proposal, after spring 2015.

Wow the distance between the two towers seems shorter than between CP I and II, or it is the perspective on the pictures?

I just love those balconies on the pic just above!!! Perhaps they can take a couple of chairs or should I say seats/benches....Wonder what the railings are going to look like. Will they be as nice as I and II?

Those units in the courtyard closest to the giant grey wall sure will be terrible once the lot next door is filled in. They will have practically no sunshine ever!

Those plans are from 2007 and I question how accurate they are within the context of are quickly evolving city and its vision (plans).
