smashing. one of the best London threads i've seen. you truly captured the feel of the place; at least parts of it. i want to go back. you should go back too and take more awesome photos.

i can't wait to go back, i spent almost a week there and didn't even scratch the surface. after viewing these photos i'm glad i didn't try to post any of mine here, as well. (have a dslr myself now, that will change at some point)

Great shots, looks like you got about and enjoyed the city. London is much better away from the tourist sites.

It is a tough city for photographers....I actually attended a debate on the subject.
I do the same thing as you in waiting to line up the right shot.

Also, I'm sorry you saw an unpleasant site....there are some nasty people around, not going to deny that.
