The plan has always been one phase, so not to disturb the Kingston anymore then needed. Office tower is to start first followed closely by the residential project ~2months later. Complete build out should be 32-33months.
Kingston has an application for redevelopment under existing zoning, I'll post a render in the downtown thread later tonight. (warning will be a really bad screenshot).
