Good job as always. Did you happen to ask the guy working on that glass trapezoid thingy at CityScape what exactly its going to be? It looks like some kind of giant phonebooth for the Hulk.

Still hoping this section opens up really well to the street. All the clubs are on that side so hopefully the patio areas are all located well into the environment.

Nice pics HX, always fun walking around together. Great Pulled Pork sandwich at the Farmer's Market!!!!

The guy in the kiosk had a set of plans that we looked at. Definitely Breakfast Club. Hopefully they will add some tables and umrellas for eating on the mesa. Add more color!

Bob is planning a patio for LGO. I am betting it will be a bit bigger than VitaminT since there is a little more room due to the small setback of the shop entrance compared to Vitamin T.

Charming Charlie's signage looks great, and they were installing the ground level signage too on both Washington and Central.

Urban Outfitters is almost half filled of merchandise. They are still adding wood trim and decorations. Great vibe around it!!

They have the foam inside Oakville Grocery, so it looks like they might be starting on that buildout soon.

Anyone know what that little art gallery is under Par Excellance? Is it a temporary thing until the actual shop goes in. I thought it wasgoing to be a coffee shop there?

good pics as always. I'm thinking that kiosk is the most disappointing thing so far for me, at least if it means what I think it means...

Is there going to be no sit down full service breakfast club????

I think the actual restaurant is in the second floor. I think this is something like a togo portion of it...

Breakfast Club is actually on the second level I believe but I thinkmthey will have a full service restaurant. I'm thinking maybe that will be limited hours while the kiosk will be open all day?

Conventionally it would e the other way around. They will have to cook the food in the restaurant and take it tothe kiosk most likwly, which means it will be a pain in the ass to operate. I suspect ut will only be operated during peak times for people in a hurry to get to work or on a short break.
