Construction spanning several blocks can definitely suck, but the times I've walked around downtown lately and heard all the construction noises it's really created a big city kind of feel that I've really liked. I doubt we'll have something on the scale of CCC for a while after it's done, but it would be nice for there to always be something under construction to give downtown that sense of activity.

Aw, I'm a little sad that this is practically done on the exterior. I loved watching it progress while waiting for Trax at Gallivan. Maybe I'll stop at the North Temple Station to watch Tower 1 now.

I'm kind of sad that it's finishing up too. But I'm pretty excited to see The Regent take shape. I think it will be as beautiful a piece of infill as 222.

Knowing we still have the Regent and Tower 1 to watch, I'm glad this building is done because I look forward to it coming to life and adding to vibrancy of that area.

I really love this building. Though Stenar mentioned it was a bit soulless and corporate, I kind of think that was missing in SLC. Most buildings here seem to try and be different and stand out, or have a historic look, and it's nice to just have a normal, modern, building for office space.

Uhhh... seriously? We have LOTS of generic, modern, "soulless corporate" office bldgs in SLC: Beneficial Life, University Club, Qwest, and several others whose names I don't know... like the one on State St. where Telemundo has their offices.

I think in light of Stenar's comments about the lack of "soul" in the building Hamilton Partners should look for a restaurant that serves soul food. It could have BBQ ribs, chitlins, catfish etc. Maybe a little jazz could be included?!
