Second, the army and RCMP will be in full control of all security related operatings, and the army will no doubt have its own agenda on how to run things. Guess who makes the ultimate decision?

It has already been reported that there will be 12,000 security personnel in 2010. 6,000 will be police officers from across Canada, 4,000 from the Canadian Forces, and 2,000 from private security.

On average, 8,000 of those personnel will be deployed.


In addition, the RCMP in charge of 2010 security.

Fearmongering? Give me a break, seriously. What I said is not even close to fearmongering...fearmongering would be saying we are having martial law and curfews; forced id checks at every block at whatnot. If you actually go back and read what I said, you will find that I am saying what everybody knows: the army can't police. Even the RCMP can barely police within the law.
