Mondrian Condo - Ottawa, Canada

It would be awesome if one of the experienced artists on this forum could put together a drawing for this condo tower going up in downtown Ottawa. It's a pretty simple structure and shouldn't be too difficult to draw. Here's a few renderings and specs:

Mondrian
24 Storey (73m) building with ground-level retail, 5 floors of above ground parking podium enclosed in a luminescent glass screen, 18 floors of loft-style condominiums
Developer: Urban Capital
Location: 324 Laurier Avenue (Bank @ Laurier)

I could do it, but as I already have thousands things first in my list, i just asked your North-American colleague Koops to see if he does.

And he style for buildings such is much better than mine.

I think the height is 73 m.. don't know if you can enter that into the diagram page.

The estimate is 73m, so thats how tall I made it. But I have no way to add that, it needs to be done by an editor, and that person needs something official to go by, thats why its just an estimate right now.
