That's correct.
But would you like Paris to be like any european or american city ?

My opinion : the inner suburbs should be upgraded first, and then included in the new "Grand Paris".
It'll take time and money.

Upgraded ? These are enouth dense for being integrated at Paris. (Inner suburbs have the higher growth)
A 6.8 million inhabitants Paris city prper is a way better for our economy than a 2.1 million one.

What a city! Thanks for this massive coverage.

My impression is that the modern architecture in Paris isn't very nice or interesting IMO. Of course there are some great exceptions.

c'est chouette

Appreciate all these Paris threads....I'm curious if you have any pictures of the south of France. Aix, Arles, Cannes, Nice. I spent some time there and would be interested in seeing them again.

merci

The southernmost pictures of France that I have, are in Lyon.
Lyon is southern France for the inhabitants of the north and northern France for the inhabitants of the south.

I think I need to make love to Paris now.

I'm going to be there for the first time this summer. Looking forward to it.
