So it would appear that the current boomlet would end with 21C? When a developer is "watching the market", that's code for "this one ain't going up".

One would suspect that the developers will eye how well these projects sell, then we'll see a second round in a few years.

I'm new to this forum, though I've read it for a number of years. I would assume that many of you know that the World Almanac lists the buildings in North American cities, and that the minimum height to be listed is 400'? Until 2003, Austin had no buildings at all over that height. In a span of seven or eight years, there will be..

1 over 600 (Austonian)
3 over 500 (Frost, 360, 21C)
3 over 400 (Spring, Altavida, W)

Did I miss any that are reasonably close to going?

Also, does anyone know what the final height for the hotel under constr. by the tower in San Antonio will be?
