I believe the tower you may be thinking of is supposed to be over by Fiddler's Green in the Orchard area by the "shaver tower" That building will be 22 or 23 stories, while this project is south of Belleview and is only 14.

And least that is what I remember....

Hey isn't this tower supposed to be starting up construction already?
I thought that I read that the 4S Teatro would be starting mid-summer 2007? Am I dreaming shit up? Or are we close to construction time? Does anyone know? As you can tell I am growing impatient.....

Wow, very nice. Lightening the color of the masonry really helps the glass to stand out. It makes an entirely new impression compared to the older renderings.

Now to do some digging, anyone got the permit number for the Teatro Tower?

^ To our dismay, there isnt a permit number for Teatro yet

BTW, isn't she pretty? What a gorgeous building from that perspective. That building will definitely be a gem in our skyline!

I liked the old color a lot better but ah well, I won't be doing any complaining when/if this tower gets built.

That new rendering totally redeems them for taking this tower down from the original 60, 55, 50 and now to 45 Storys, I LOVE the new design and look. Now build the damn thing already!!! WTF are they waiting for? They already have all of the financing in place, what's the hold up?

^^ I've always been a sucker for green glass against red brick. But the tower's design is still a lot more inspiring than 95% Denver's other skyscrapers.
