Until the band's pyrotechnics malfunction and the stadium does have to be evacuated fast. It's a basic safety requirement for any stadium. It's why the Aquilinis couldn't put towers all the way round Rogers Arena, and why one of the rental towers is on stilts to allow the evacuation plaza to continue to exist underneath.
