Ugggh. Ottawa looks like it's going to go through its Rob Ford era with the current crop of mayoral offerings. Sutcliffe is definitely worse for Ottawa than John Tory was for Toronto. And at least Tory used to ride the subway. Anybody ever seen Sutcliffe use OC Transpo outside of a photo op?
