The person who owns it and is leasing it to the city/Translink for the subway construction will probably sell it for a nice chunk of change to be redeveloped into a highrise tower sit right next door to a major skytrain station.
But that probably won't happen for a while - even after the subway opens,....
.....unless the market undergoes some miraculous kind of speedy recovery in the next couple of years.
