I'm not saying you're wrong but it looks like this act was amended 5 times between 2024 and 2025 with 4 amendments to schedule C. The original act was tabled in 2000 but acts get regularly amended so it could have been changed any time between 2000 and today. I tried looking up archived versions of this act and I can't seem to find the version before amendments.
